The Club was started in 1952 by a small group of players who hired a small room in Carlisle to put on their productions. Now, more than 70 years later, we have our own 142 seat Theatre, based in West Walls, that puts on 7 productions a year plus outside hirings. We also have a club room which holds our bar for Club events and puts on our 'Theatre Downstairs' productions. We are a registered charity and run entirely by volunteers. We have 170 + members who get involved in many different ways such as acting, directing, set design, front of house, sound & lighting and much much more. We are always looking out for new members and you'll always be given a warm welcome!
