The villains—exiled for past misdeeds—seem to be up to their old tricks in Carlisle. But are Abanazer, Cruella De Vil, Captain Hook, and the Wicked Stepmother (still hunting for a husband) really behind the kidnappings? And can the heroes solve the mystery?
