Under Milk Wood
The forthcoming production of Under Milk Wood will revisit the play’s original conditions. Written in 1953 by Dylan Thomas as a play for voices, it was intended for the radio.
This production will be set in an authentic 1950s recording studio, which slowly morphs into a live-action version of the text before returning to the original location.
Set in the fictional Welsh fishing village of Llareggub, it explores the dreams and lives of the local inhabitants.
It may be necessary to change the location of this performance depending on the progress of our upgrading works this year. Ticket holders will be advised by email if so.
